When I hit perimenopause, everything shifted.

I looked for support. Something real. Something human. Not the ‘anti-ageing’ messages or punishing workouts that made me feel like I was failing.
I wanted movement that empowered me - a midlife woman with changing hormones, a full life (no time for hours of exercise!), and a body that deserved compassion as much as strength.
It didn’t exist. So I built it.
